Cancellation & Refund Policy

At LinkLabs Technologies, we are committed to providing an excellent learning experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your course registration. Please review our updated policy below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 3–5 days of course registration and at least 24 hours prior to the course start date.
  • Cancellations will not be accepted:
    • If requested less than 24 hours before the course begins.
    • Once access to course content (live sessions, videos, downloads) has been initiated.
  • For technical issues or if the course does not meet the quality standards as advertised, learners must contact Customer Support within 3–5 days of enrollment. An internal review will be conducted before deciding on a refund or replacement.

Refund Policy

  • If a refund is approved by LinkLabs Technologies, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will not be granted:
    • For cancellations made within 24 hours of course start.
    • For incomplete course participation or lack of usage.
    • For incorrect or misleading registration information provided by the learner.

Support & Issue Resolution

If you believe the course content is not as described or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Support Team within 3–5 days of enrollment. We’ll review your concerns and respond appropriately.
